Roadway Reconstruction to Begin North of Colfax Avenue

This past week the contractor continued with roadway reconstruction along Nora Avenue and Neva Avenue south of Colfax Avenue. The work included installing concrete driveways and sidewalks, fine grading the aggregate base course, landscape grading, and paving the asphalt binder layers.
Next week the contractor will move to Nora Avenue and Neva Avenue north of Colfax Avenue and begin roadway reconstruction. The contractor anticipates to remove existing driveways, excavate and remove the existing pavement, and install aggregate base course. The contractor will start on Nora Avenue and then move to Neva Avenue.
We ask and thank you for your cooperation in following the directions detailed in previous mailings regarding access to your driveways and homes during the roadway reconstruction process.
